Construction (GMP Model)
- Double walled, SS 304 construction (Inner mirror finish, outer matt finish).
- 3" thick CFC free PUF insulation.
- Double door (inner full viewing door & outer insulated door with lock and key).
- 50 mm validation port with silicon rubber seal.
- Stainless steel rod trays with adjustable height.
- Mounted on castor wheels (front lock arrangement).
Heating & Cooling System
- U shaped Nichrome heater (SS sheathing).
- Emerson compressors (R134a positive, R404 & R23 cascade).
- Bypass solenoid valve for high temperature application.
- Flange motor with impeller & blower (two blowers from 450 Ltr.).
- Interior illumination for working area.
Controlling System
- PLC based with 7" HMI, offline data logger (10,000 readings, dot-matrix printer port, relays, contactors, MCB, PID control, Ethernet communication, IP 22 protection.
Safety Features
- Temperature: Heater cut-off by thermostat, auto reset.
- Humidity: Boiler cut-off, alarm & buzzer.
- Low water level: Boiler cut-off with alarm.
- Human safety: Individual MCB, proper earthing.
